British actress Kate Winslet, who appears on the cover of Elle magazine's current issue, says she achieved her most perfect figure courtesy a simple stretching exercise regime.
The mother of two, who was once an overweight teenager, insists she has slimmed down thanks to regular Pilates sessions at her home, which she has been doing ever since the birth of her second child five years ago.
Reports quoted the Titanic star as saying: "I eat sensibly and I don't stuff down chocolate biscuits. I don't go to the gym because I don't have time, but I do Pilates workout DVDs for 20 minutes or more every day at home."
Winslet also appeared on the cover of fashion magazine Vanity Fair's December issue and the raunchy photos sparked controversies that her pictures had been airbrushed.
